We ship worldwide, and quickly, because gear that arrives after the trip is no use to anyone. Orders are packed and processed within one to two business days and usually arrive within five to seven, depending on where you are. You get tracking the moment it leaves us, so you can watch it come from our warehouse to your door -- or to the campsite, if that is where you need it.
Everything we sell carries a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and we honour it without argument. Our support team can also help with repairs, spare parts and setup, which is more often what people actually need -- most of what comes back to us is fixable in ten minutes with the right part. Took it out for four nights in the Cascades and it did everything I asked of it, including two hours of rain on the second evening. It packs down smaller than the one it replaced and it is lighter, which I did not expect from something this solid.

Not the cheapest option and I would buy it again anyway. It is a little heavier than the budget version I was comparing it against and about twice as sturdy, which on a week-long trip is the trade I want.
